How do I order?
Ordering is easy with an intuitive interface and step-by-step navigation. Here is an overview:

 

• Navigate to the Sizes & Prices page of the website
• Choose your size then choose your pattern “Add to order.” 
• Your shopping cart will appear with your order, shipping method, and fee.
• Complete the checkout process and your order will be produced. 

 

What are the Picture Backdrops made of?
Picture Backdrops are made out of durable matte finish vinyl that is vibrant, waterproof, tear resistant and easy to clean. All four sides are heat welded for a clean finish and to prevent fraying or tearing.

 

How are the Picture Backdrops printed?
Picture Backdrops are printed on state-of-the-art printers utilizing archival inks. 

 

Please note: Screen representation will vary per each monitor; the color output is calibrated using a designated color profile. There is a 5% color variance with all prints.

 

What is the best way to install the product? 

There are many ways to hang or mount your backdrop.
Hanging is easy The product comes standard with a heat welded hems. You can use normal thumb tacks and mount to your wall or other surface. Household items such as clothespins, binder clips, garage clamps etc...

We also offer additional hanging options and products. All accessories will have additional pricing and shipping fees. 

 

Products and Accessories

 

Grommets: The Picture Back Drop Grommet addition will allow for easy and creative hanging solutions on the fly. Screws, nails, hooks, or pushpins can be used for easy an install.  Adding grommets will allow you to hang your Picture Backdrop anywhere!

 

Pole Pocket: An approximate 3 inch pocket will be seemed into the top portion of your Picture Backdrop, which will allow for a conduit or PVC pipe to slide right through.

 

Clamps: Professional photography backdrop clamps make it easy to adjust and position your Picture Backdrop with ease. 5 clamps are in one order.

 

Tripod Support system:

Utilize a tripod for the best portable and professional Picture Backdrop setup. 

 

Can I return my Picture backdrop?
Each order is produced and custom printed on demand, therefore we cannot accept returns other than for defective or damaged products which we are happy to exchange.

 

What about shipping? 
We ship your product using the best possible way to get your product to you safely and in a reasonable amount of time. We typically use DHL, UPS and Federal Express, but sometimes the United States Post Office does a better job in certain locations. If you do not receive your product within 7 business days in the US and after 14 days for other areas after our posted production time, then please contact our support email at: CustomerService@PictureBackdrops.com and we will get back to you.

What are your shipping charges? 
Shipping charges are based on the size, weight, value and destination of your package(s) and also include labor, packing/wrapping, packaging supplies and materials. Individual orders may be shipped together and will incur the individual shipping charges since a majority of the fees are in the items above, less freight cost. Your shipping charge will be calculated prior to entering your payment information.  

What if I want to ship to someone else? 
When you place your order, we will prompt you for a shipping address.

 

Do you do offer custom designs? 
We offer custom designs for an additional fee. Please contact customer service with your request.
